# Ateste de Concordância

**Caso o Conselheiro-Relator concorde com a Análise Preliminar inserida no processo**
\
**pelo Agente Julgador (Assessor) da Camara Preparatoria, deverá validar o documento inserindo o Ateste de Concordância conforme demonstrado:**

## 1️⃣ Incluir documento

## 2️⃣ Preencha os dados do documento

Após escolher o documento, mantenha marcado a opção “**Nenhum**” para o texto inicial.
\
Os campos “**Descrição**”, “**Nome na Árvore**”, “**Classificação por Assuntos**” e “**Observações desta**
\
**Unidade**”, não serão preenchidos

No documento que será gerado, marque o nível de acesso “**Restrito**” com a hipótese legal \
“Dados Pessoais (LGPD) (Lei 13.709/18)”

## 3️⃣ Editar o documento

Logo após, será incluído o “Ateste de Concordância” para ser preenchido. Nesta etapa, é
\
preciso incluir apenas o número do documento/evento-SEI referente a Análise Preliminar
\
inserida pelo Agente Julgador da Câmara Preparatória.

Para inclusão do número do documento/evento-SEI, referente a Análise Preliminar do Agente
\
Julgador, é preciso clicar no ícone “Editar Conteúdo” em seguida substituir (evento referente a
\
análise preliminar do assessor) pelo número do documento/evento-SEI referente a Análise
\
Preliminar

Clique com o cursor do mouse após o palavra SEI n.º...., em seguida vá na opção “ Inserir um link

para processo ou documento do SEI!( Ctrl+Shift+L), que se encontra na barra de ferramentas do SEI:

Na caixa “**Propriedades do Link**”, digite o número do documento/evento-SEI correspondente a

Análise Preliminar inserido pelo Agente Julgador da Câmara Preparatória

## &#x20;4️⃣Assinar o documento

Logo após, o Conselheiro-Relator precisara salvar e, na sequência, assinar o Ateste de Concordância,

selecionando Cargo/Função correspondente (Conselheiro Titular ou Conselheiro Suplente) e digitando a
\
senha de acesso:

Clicar no ícone “Enviar Processo” e na opção “Unidades” digitar a unidade SEPLAG/CETRAN-PLENÁRIO DIGITAL**</mark>&#x20;
